Every academic session, the Foundation Justus & Louise van Effen pledges financial support for exceptional overseas students wishing to pursue their master’s degrees at the esteemed Delft University of Technology.
The top candidates from each university faculty will be selected by the Foundation Justus & Louise van Effen to receive the coveted scholarships. How will the top two be chosen? The chosen candidates will be selected based on their academic standing.

Instructions for Application
Before applying for the scholarship programme, candidates must apply for admission to the Delft University of Technology for an MSc.
Candidates not accepted into the esteemed university are not eligible to apply for the programme. The project will cover the tuition fees for the chosen students.
