About the Role: Property Lister / Business Development Executive

We are expanding our energetic team and hiring a Property Lister to help drive our next phase of growth. This position is ideal for someone with experience in real estate sales, lettings or business development.

Main Responsibilities:

Your key goal is to win new property listings and attract fresh instructions for the platform. You’ll be working with both private landlords and developers, presenting the benefits of our digital platform while maintaining top-tier customer service.

In essence, you’re the face of UKmate.co.uk for our property partners.

Key daily tasks include:

• Prospecting landlords and property owners for new listings

• Carrying out valuations and pricing discussions

• Preparing and listing new properties on the platform

• Working with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

• Managing client relationships and negotiating terms

• Collaborating on marketing strategies for listings

• Ensuring customer satisfaction at every step

What We’re Looking For

We are searching for an ambitious individual who can start contributing from Day 1. To succeed, you need a proactive attitude, strong sales skills and a background in property or business development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a property lister or in a comparable business development role

• Demonstrated ability to close listings and build a network

• Strong background in residential property sales or lettings
